U did not know where else to put this. UD students should use caution. The attorney who represented UD when they wanted to gain access to a former students communications has two partners who teach at UD. Conflict of interest?

No one should really be able to say anything if you go down and read the file. The process is easy simple, you go to the Clerk of the Courts desk and read the file. If you want anything copied you ask and the people behind the desk vor counter copy it.

Someone please get the information about how the list on the Price subpedia was developed. Is there any document that explains how my name got on this list?

What did I do?

As another named individual wondering about the list, my guess is that Peter Smith's office, fixated on image and publicity, keeps a file on people who have done, or could do, perceived damage to UD in this regard. Anyone thought to have criticized Bullock in the past is automatically included. This is a way for Peter to demonstrate value to Bullock.

The Blog, of course, is damaging to UD's image. Bullock/Smith must have asked their legal team to do something about the Blog, at which time the lawyers asked for names of people suspected of contributing, and the file was passed on.

Common sense or fairness is not a part of such discussions.

Ah yes, the Smith's.

Sooner or later, those who last a couple of years at UD learn the strangle-hold the Smith's have on admissions, the budget/expenses, and Bullock.

However, the Smith's are Bullock's public relations people who created Bullock's image in the greater community. Employees know Bullock is a dictator who frequently looses his temper when things don't go his way, but people outside the walls of UD know Bullock as the guy who saved UD...and the Smith's crafted this perception.

One is correct in criticizing the Smith's; however, the Smith's will still be standing at UD long after Bullock leaves, which of course, cannot be soon enough.
